An explosion rocked Quetta's Moti Ram Road on Thursday evening, leaving at least three people injured. Police sources have indicated that unidentified miscreants hurled a hand grenade at a shop, resulting in the blast. The force of the blast resulted in injuries to three bystanders, who were swiftly transported to the Civil Hospital Quetta for urgent medical attention. In response to the gravity of the situation, the hospital authorities declared a state of emergency, ensuring the provision of necessary medical care to the blast victims. Condemning the appalling act, Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Quddus Bizenjo expressed his strong disapproval and called for swift action. In an official statement from the CM Secretariat, Bizenjo expressed his deep concern regarding the escalating frequency of terrorist activities not only in Quetta but also in other parts of Balochistan.
