                                       Rising petrol price, aviation employee seeks permission to bring donkey cart

An employee of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) made a unique request to the agency after skyrocketing the prices of petroleum products.

A CAA employee decided to go to the office on a donkey cart due to an increase in the prices of petroleum products and Raja Asif Iqbal, an employee posted at Islamabad International Airport, sought permission from the administration to park the donkey cart.

The employee has submitted a request to the DG Civil Aviation to come to the office on a donkey cart and provide parking space for the donkey cart.

The CAA employee has taken a stand in a written request that due to high petrol and inflation, the company has stopped the transport facility, due to rising petroleum prices, it is not possible to bring personal transport.

The CAA employee further said in the request that please allow me to bring my donkey cart to the airport.

On the other hand, the spokesperson of CAA said in response that all the employees get fuel allowance, pick and drop facility is also available, those employees who get fuel allowance and where there is public transport, the routes are closed.

The CAA spokesperson further said that the metro bus service is also available at Islamabad Airport.

It may be recalled that the prices of petroleum products have gone up by Rs 60 per liter in the last week in the country and citizens are protesting against the government's decision.
